This custom made, unique and elegant dress is in great condition and was made by Siopa Rince of Dublin for a petite dancer. One owner, worn by a 4 time Oireachtas winner. Bodice is brown velvet with cheetah inset at neck and cheetah draped cape. Cream colored soft skirt of 4 layers of mini pleated fabric so movement doesn't distract from dancing. Sleeves are the same mini-pleated material. Crystal number holder and bloomers
included. Dress has had one owner and in a smoke free home.
The dress has an inch of seam for let out at the shoulder seam on both sides. There is an inch wide seam at the side seams from the bust down to the natural waist which would allow for about an inch let out on either side.
There is a 1.75" allowance of velvet bodice beyond the seam at the dropped waist to drop the skirt down. There is also a 3/4" side seam and a 1" side seam on either side at the point where the skirt is attached to the bodice at the dropped waist. |
